New Year Kick Off Challenege

As we kick off this New Year with excitement and anticipation of what a new year might bring, it's

time to kick off some things from our lives. Yes, Divas, let’s kick off wrong words, wrong attitudes,

and wrong actions. We are all familiar with the fact that there is power in our words. Let’s kick off

the words and things that sabotage our lives and keep us in bondage. Let’s kick off imaginations that

bring on sad feelings, hurtful feelings, negative emotions whether they are self-imposed or imposed

upon us by others.

Join me in this 2025 “Kick Off” Challenge:

By God’s grace, we can transform our way of thinking, living, and doing by first bringing every

thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ.  Let’s begin by embracing what God says about us:

• You are a child of God (Romans 8:16)

• You are redeemed from the enemy (Ephesians 1:7)(Colossians 1:13)

• You are forgiven (Colossians 1:13-14)

• You are saved by faith through grace (Ephesians 2:8)

• You are precious in his sight (Isaiah 43:4)

• You are purposed (Jeremiah 29:11)

• You are God’s masterpiece (Ephesians 2:10)

• You are loved by God (John 3:16)

Now that you know how special you are to the Father, it’s time for you to cast down arguments and

every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of what God says about us. Let’s study and

show ourselves approved unto God by kicking off all the things that go against our new identity…in

Jesus’ name!

Let’s “Kick Off”:

• Wrong doctrine

• Wrong living

• Wrong speaking

• How? By applying the following:

• Acknowledge you need God’s help

• Ask Him for help

• Prayer

• Read His word

• Seek wisdom

• Thank God for the Holy Spirit

• Reflect on God’s promises

• See all situations through the lens of God’s word

Divas, let me remind you that you are distinctive individuals who are virtuous and authentic.
